How does an engineer end up as a wedding and outdoor adventure photographer?
It started with a simple, life-long mantra that’s guided me through every twist and turn — from Robert Frost’s The Road Not Taken: "Two roads diverged in a wood, and I — I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference."
I grew up under the Florida sun and studied Industrial Engineering at UCF before heading north to kick off my career in Chicago. I spent over six years there, building a life full of amazing friendships, unforgettable travels, and along those travels, a love for capturing stories through my lens. At first, photography was just a way to document the adventure — the people, the places, the stories.
Then the mountains started calling.
In 2022, I packed up once again and made my way to Denver, Colorado. I met the love of my life, Erica, and we’ve been chasing sunsets, love stories, and epic views together ever since. We live in Denver with our two four-legged sidekicks: Zeus, the wise and moody 13-year-old hound mix, and Mina Jae, the fluffiest little Maltese with the biggest personality and a deep love for comfy naps.
As my photography started gaining attention, I dove into concert photography — shooting artists like Luke Bryan and Ashley Cookie at Ball Arena and NeedToBreathe at Red Rocks. From there, it snowballed into events, weddings, until we decided to turn passion into business..
Which become Two Roads Photography — a name inspired by the path less traveled.
